FONDUES CREATION (FOSES AND FOSSES)

Consist of a stove in the middel of the table. The idea is that everyone cooks their meal how they like it.

 Assortment of meats, beef, veal, chicken, and catalán sausage with seven sauces.

Fossa Dragó (boiled)

 Assortment of meats like the Fossa Carassa, If you like when you have finished  the meat, we can prepare for a broth.

Fossa Nature

Assortment of meats like the Fossa Dragó but boiled with Cava Brut Nature (of course)                   

Fossa Neptuno (fried)

 Assortement  seafood and fish with seven different sauces.
